Christ Connected group statement of faith
- We believe in one God, Creator of everything, eternally existent in three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).
- We believe that God has revealed Himself through natural (nature) and special (Christ and Scriptures) Revelation.
- We believe in the inerrancy and sufficiency of the Holy Bible for all things.
- We believe that God created mankind in His image, that man rebelled against God and as such exists in a fallen state of sin completely unable to do anything to achieve his own salvation.
- We believe that God sent His Son (Jesus Christ) to die a sacrificial death on the cross for the sins of all humanity and that acceptance of this sacrifice and belief in His name is necessary for salvation.
- We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells believers in Christ, bestowing on them Spiritual Gifts for service in the Church.
- We believe in the Universal Church, the body of Christ, and in local churches and parachurch ministries as visible expressions of the Universal Church.
- We believe in the imminent, physical return of Christ to establish His eternal Kingdom.
